Zuming Co. Attends the Launch of Xixing Subdistrict’s Disability-Inclusive Brand Initiative, the “Fuyi Program”

December 3 marked the 33rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities. On that day, Binjiang District’s 33rd IDPD observance and the launch of Xixing Subdistrict’s disability-assistance brand initiative, the “Fuyi Program,” were held at Binjiang Intime. As the rotating chair of the Xixing Subdistrict Chamber of Commerce, Zuming Co. was invited to attend, demonstrating corporate responsibility by delivering concrete care and support to people with disabilities.

The event was both solemn and vibrant, bringing together subdistrict representatives, benevolent enterprises, and volunteers. The high-profile launch of the “Fuyi Program” embodies Xixing Subdistrict’s vision to help persons with disabilities integrate into society and realize self-worth, striving to provide comprehensive assistance. As a local enterprise in Binjiang, Zuming actively exchanged experience in disability inclusion with fellow participants. During the event, Zuming’s Administrative Director, Zhou Yimin, called on more companies to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities and to foster an inclusive, supportive employment ecosystem.

Meanwhile, Zuming was conducting an internal care initiative for employees with disabilities. At the visitation site, the company extended warm greetings and best wishes to frontline employees with disabilities, presented care packages, and took time to learn in detail about their health and work conditions—encouraging them to stay confident and face life with optimism.

Zuming has long embraced social responsibility by offering jobs to persons with disabilities and matching them with suitable roles. At present, every Zuming subsidiary employs staff with disabilities. Hebei Zuming Xiangxiang Soy Foods Co., Ltd. received an honorary pennant from a family member of an employee with disabilities bearing the words “True compassion in supporting the disabled; assistance that touches the heart,” expressing gratitude to the company.

Looking ahead, Zuming will continue to uphold its public-service mission, actively engage in initiatives that support and empower persons with disabilities, promote the development of disability-related causes, and demonstrate its philanthropic commitment through responsibility and dedication.
